Ages Involved:
RASC runs events involving athletes of all ages. Most events are developed for young people ages 12-18. RASC runs several college age events and occasionally event for adults.
Sports:
RASC has had the opportunity to run several different sporting events. The events range from the traditional sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball, etc. to non-traditional sports like baton twirling, tug-of-war, and table tennis. The Star of the North Games consists of over 20 sports. Rochester has hosted this event more than any other city in Minnesota.
