Meeting |
The manager meeting will be held on Thursday, September 3. One representative from each team must be present at this meeting. Location: Ramada Hotel & Conference Center (1517 - 16th Street SW) Time: 6:00 PM |
| Programs: |
Teams must submit team photo and roster for the event program booklet by August 25, 2010. Click on the "Forms" button on the left for roster form. Failure to submit photo and roster by August 25 will omit your team from the program. Programs will be available for purchase at the event. |

| Game Times: |
All teams must be ready to play on Friday, September 3 @ 9:00 AM. Exact start time for the tournament will be determined on the registration deadline date. Teams must be ready to play day or night. Game time is forfeit time. |
| Infield Practice/ Warm-up Fields: |
No infield practice. Map/location of warm-up fields can be found by clicking on the "Practice Fields" button. First come, first serve basis |
| Bench Areas: |
Team on top of bracket uses first base dugout. Teams on bottom of bracket uses third base dugout. In the event a team plays back to back games on the same field, they are not required to change dugouts. |
| Inclement Weather: |
Tournament would be extended to Monday. All weather announcements will be posted on the website. Managers are responsible to have team ready to play at game time. |

Home team will be decided by flip at plate by umpire |

Must be submitted to scorekeeper 15 minutes prior to game. |
