The Rochester Amateur Sports Commission is very excited about our events coming to the Rochester area in 2008. For more information on any of our events, feel free to contact any of our staff members or click on the events tab of the homepage for more information.

March brought a few tournaments our way. First of all we had the RCYBA Girls Basketball Tournament the end of Feb. that brought 150 girls teams to town and in March was the RCYBA Boys Basketball Tournament, which was 250 teams. The ACHA Men's National Hockey Tournament came to town the 12th - 16th. Sixteen teams competed for the National Championship throughout the five day tournament, which was at Graham Arena and the Rec Center. The championship went to California University of PA.

Coming up the month of April will be the NCTTA Collegiate National Championship April 11-13 at the UCR Fieldhouse. Competion will consist of singles, doubels and teams. Throughout the three day competition, over 230 athetes will compete for the National Championship.
